And the reason for this is Lake St. Clair may just be one of the best boating lakes on the planet. This area is full of little towns with great eateries, lots of great fishing and tons of fun for the whole family. AquaPalooza is the largest on-the-water concert held on Lake St. Clair—and most likely in this region. The event is held off the shores of the marinas and only accessible by water, hundreds of boats and thousands of boaters dance to the numerous bands performing on the stage.

The Sprint and Splash at Lake St. Clair event will offer three options for participation! Duathlon: 5K Run and 2 Mile Kayak (please note this race can be done as an individual or as a two-person relay team), Family Friendly 5K Fun Run & Walk, Stand Up Paddle boarding Competition: 2 Mile Recreational Race or 6 Mile WPA Sanctioned Race. The purpose of this unique event is to promote and celebrate Lake St. Clair, which is truly the “heart” of the Great Lakes.
